Sandy Burns is the President of Life Beyond Barriers, LLC, which includes the legal entities Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group (LBBRG) and Life Beyond Barriers Applied Technology.
For the past 25+ years Sandy has dedicated her career to neurological rehabilitation. Sandy is a licensed physical therapist.

Dr. Andrew Cole is a licensed, board-certified physical medicine & rehabilitation physician (PM&R) at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center-Munson Medical Center and Kalkaska Medical Associates Specialty Clinic.
Dr. Cole provides professional clinical services for individuals, and clinical guidance for LBBRG. He supports and guides LBBRG’s goals of providing the highest standards of care, ensuring clients receive successful experiences and best clinical outcomes. Dr. Cole’s compassionate and professional approach combined with his experience and knowledge creates feelings of confidence and hope.
